Platform Functionality
How do I access the Electronic Asset Liquidation Platform?
Via the URL: PLABI. (https://plabi.justicia.es/)
The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
How can I search for a published asset on the Electronic Asset Liquidation Platform?
You can search for assets that are published in PLABI using one or more of the filters available on the Platform.
Currently, it is possible to search announcements by: asset type, asset location, court location, court in charge of the procedure, price range, and by words contained in the asset announcement title.
The "Search" button will perform the search against the assets stored on the Electronic Platform for Asset Liquidation and will display the results in the lower section of the portal.
Can I access the private area of PLABI?
Any user can access the private area of PLABI using the authentication methods enabled in Cl@ve:
- Electronic ID (DNI-e).
- Digital Certificate.
Only the announcements section and the judicial-procedure section of the PLABI private area will be shown to the debtor party of a special liquidation procedure and their representatives, or to the insolvency administrator of the procedure, so they can complete the lot information and manage them; publications occur automatically every Monday and Wednesday at 11:00 am.
Why can't I perform the functions enabled for microenterprises on the Platform even though I can see my private area?
Microenterprises, as well as other users associated with the judicial procedure such as legal/procedural representatives and the insolvency administrator, should be able to add assets and create lot announcements that will be published automatically, provided that the mandatory fields are completed, every Monday and Wednesday at 11:00 am. They may also edit them when they are in draft or unpublished status, provided they have the permissions enabled for the procedure.
Check the judicial procedures in which you are enabled; if your permissions are blocked, you will not be able to perform the enabled functions.
To learn the reason for the blockage you should contact the judicial body in charge of the procedure.
How can I create a query about a lot?
To access queries raised about a lot, you must go to the detail page of the published announcement; no login is required to view them, and then enter the Queries section.
However, to create a new query about the lot you must first log in to the Platform. To create the query you must indicate:
- Title of the query.
- Type of query: Lot or Procedure.
- Details of the query.
Please note that you can access your created queries from the detail page of the published lot in the public area or from your private area, in the Queries Raised section.
How can I add an announcement to favourites?
To save a published announcement as a favourite you can do so from the announcement CARD on the main page or from its detail page. You must be logged in to the Platform to do this.
Announcements that are saved as favourites will be linked to your private area, allowing you to follow them quickly from the Favourites section.
How can I receive communications via email in the platform?
The Platform is enabled to send automated emails related to the queries and announcement publication functionalities. To receive these emails, you must enable the selector that allows sending this type of emails in your private area, under the My Profile section.
What should I do if there is an issue with the Electronic Asset Liquidation Platform?
For queries or incidents related to the Electronic Platform for Asset Liquidation, you can contact the Service Manager (justicia.es).
https://cauexterno.justicia.es/webtier-9.62/ess.do
For more efficient handling, if the incident concerns the display and management of your assets and the judicial procedure, you should provide your NIF or CIF number, the role you hold (microenterprise, lawyer, etc.), and the number of the special judicial liquidation procedure, as well as the Court to which it belongs so that the incident can be reviewed as soon as possible. If you are the legal/procedural representative or the insolvency administrator, we need to know your bar registration number and the bar association.
If the incident affects your private or public area as a user, you must provide your NIF and your full name.
